The following displayed butterflies are currently available for you to dedicate a butterfly in memory of your child. Dedicated butterflies are not linked to child memorial websites, therefore, you need not have a memorial website in order to dedicate a butterfly.

All of the children who have a butterfly dedicated in their memory are automatically added to The Halo Garden Of Dates To Remember. If an oversight has been made, and your child is not listed on this page, please send us an email at halogarden@columbus.rr.com so that we may correct this ASAP!

In order to dedicate a butterfly in memory of your child, simply fill out the following Butterfly Garden Submission Form below. Every effort will be made to honor your first butterfly choice request.

If the following submission form does not appear to be in working order, please send us an email at halogarden@columbus.rr.com. In your email, please enter "Butterfly Garden" in the subject line and provide the information that is requested on our Butterfly Garden Submission Form.

Unless otherwise stated, all comment fields on our submission form are required. In order to ensure that we are able to include your child's butterfly without delay, please be sure to completely answer each field.

All butterfly dedication requests will be added to The Halo Garden Of Butterflies within 2 weeks from the date that your request was received.
