To add your child's memorial website to The Halo Garden of Angels, simply fill out the following Angel Submission Form below.

We would also like to dedicate a butterfly in memory of your child. Prior to completing the below form, would you please first choose a butterfly that you would like to have dedicated in memory of your child? We have several for you to choose from and you can make a selection by clicking here. If you choose a butterfly on our Angel Submission Form, there is no need to complete the submission form located on the butterfly selection page.

If the following submission form does not appear to be in working order, please send us an email at halogarden@columbus.rr.com. In your email, please enter "My Child's Memorial Website" in the subject line and provide the information that is requested on our form.

All of the children who have memorial websites listed in The Halo Garden Of Angel's are automatically added to The Halo Garden Of Dates To Remember. If an oversight has been made, and your child is not listed on this page, please send us an email at halogarden@columbus.rr.com so that we may correct this ASAP!

Unless otherwise stated, all comment fields on our submission form are required. In order to ensure that we are able to include your child's memorial website without delay, please be sure to completely answer each field.

All submitted memorial websites will be added within 2 weeks from the date that your request was received.

By submitting your child's memorial website to The Halo Garden, you, in all actuality, become an Author of "From One Bereaved Parent...To The Next..." and your name will automatically be listed on our Meet The Authors page. If for any reason, you wish that your name not be listed, simply indicate this desire on the following form.
