In order to submit your sudden memory to The Halo Garden Of Sudden Memories, simply fill out the following Sudden Memories Submission Form below.

If the following submission form does not appear to be in working order, please send us an email at halogarden@columbus.rr.com. In your email, please enter "Sudden Memory" in the subject line and provide the information that is requested on our form.

Unless otherwise stated, all comment fields on our submission form are required. In order to ensure that we are able to include your Sudden Memory without delay, please be sure to completely answer each field.

All submitted sudden memories will be added within 2 weeks from the date that your request was received.

By submitting the Sudden Memory that you have had of your child to The Halo Garden, you, in all actuality, become an Author of "From One Bereaved Parent...To The Next..." and your name will automatically be listed on our Meet The Authors page. If for any reason, you wish that your name not be listed, simply indicate this desire on the following form.
